n2–5 years of experience in Front Office, Reception, Guest Relations, Hospitality, or Customer Service.

nSalary:

n₹15,000 – ₹25,000 per month (based on experience and skills).

nWhat you'll do:

- Welcome guests with warmth and professionalism.n
- Handle guest check-ins, check-outs, and reception activities.n
- Respond to guest inquiries in person, over the phone, and via email.n
- Ensure guests have a comfortable and pleasant experience throughout their stay.n
- Coordinate with housekeeping and other departments to address guest requests.n
- Resolve guest concerns promptly and professionally.n
- Maintain guest records and front office documentation.n
- Represent the organization with a positive attitude and excellent service.n

nWho we're looking for:

- 2–5 years of relevant experience in hospitality, guest relations, or front office operations.n
- Excellent communication skills with fluent spoken and written English.n
