nJOB DESCRIPTION
nMust Have Skills:

- n
- Experience with IBM Mainframe technologies such as COBOL, JCL, DB2 and VSAMn
- Experience with Microfocus in architecting & delivering end-to-end solutions in Microfocus.n
- Experience in migration of Legacy application in highly available, scalable, and secure enterprise platform on AWS Cloudn
- Deep understanding of fundamentals and services of AWS Cloud like VPC, EC2, S3, Auto scaling, RDS, CloudFormation and CloudWatchn
- Experience with assessment of mainframe applications and databases to formulate plans for migrating it to cloudn
- Well versed with different tools and methodologies used to migrate mainframe workloadsn
- Positive understanding of Linux platformn
- Excellent communication and analytical skillsn

nGood To Have Skills:

- n




- Experience in automation and provisioning of AWS cloud environments using API's, CLI and scriptsn
- AWS Certified Solutions Architectn

nResponsibilities or Expectations from the Role:

- Assess mainframe enterprise application for migrationn
- Architect, design, lead and perform migration of mainframe enterprise application to AWS with Microfocus as a rehost platform.n
- Design, develop and implement cloud infrastructure based on AWS cloud servicesn
