- 3–4 years of hands-on software development experience, primarily in Python.n
- Solid proficiency in Python, OOP, data structures and algorithms.n
- Experience developing applications, backend services, automation frameworks or engineering tools.n
- Good understanding of REST APIs and web services.n
- Experience with FastAPI, Flask or Django.n
- Good knowledge of SQL and databases.n
- Experience with Git and software development best practices.n
- Familiarity with testing frameworks such as PyTest.n
- Understanding of basic AI/ML concepts and practical exposure to libraries such as Scikit-learn, TensorFlow or PyTorch.n
- Exposure to Generative AI, LLMs, RAG, prompt engineering or AI APIs will be an added advantage.n
- Strong analytical, debugging and problem-solving skills.n
