How you’ll make an impact:
Lead and inspire a high-performing engineering team to consistently deliver high-quality engineering solutions and project deliverables on time, meeting customer expectations and business objectives.
Drive the implementation of engineering processes, tools, quality management systems (QMS), and LOM engineering frameworks, ensuring compliance with global standards and continuous process improvement.
Foster close collaboration with Operating Units, customers to ensure efficient execution of projects and tenders while promoting engineering excellence and knowledge sharing.
Develop and maintain project and tender resource forecasts, aligning team capacity with business demand through proactive workforce planning and close coordination with Operating Units Engineering Managers.
