responsibilities
To handle a team of telemarketing executives to work on verified Leads, follow-ups, arranging site visits, and assisting in closing the deals
Interact with customers to determine their requirements & addressing their queries explain projects/services and demonstrate the features and advantages.
Presales Manager is responsible for monitoring and supervising a team of telemarketing executives to achieve over all sales objectives and to increase sales.
Delegating leads to team members and actively engage them.
Provide necessary trainings and upkeep their skills to improve confidence, product knowledge, and communication skills
Motivate teammates daily on achieving of sales targets.
Conducting training of team members to maximize their potential.
Train new employees on company standards and procedures.
Oversee and administer daily/weekly/monthly report generation, Work progress report,



shortcomings, and providing ideas and solutions to management.

The candidate should have robust analytical and project management skills, confident and energetic personality.
Knowledge in sales and marketing of Residential mid segment and Luxury apartments.
Result oriented skilled, motivated and team player.
5 -7 years of proven experience in presales from real estate industry.
Strong understanding of real estate market trends, regulations, and best practices.
Excellent communication skills with ability to build rapport with clients over phone calls.

Job Types: Full time, Permanent

Pay: ₹400,000.00 - ₹700,000.00 per year
