:We are looking for skilled Painters / Spray Painters from India with an NTC/ITI qualification in Painter (General) for employment with an automotive supplier in Germany. The selected candidates will work in the industrial coating of high-value plastic and composite (CFRP/carbon) components used in the automotive industry. Candidates with practical experience in spray painting, surface preparation, masking, polishing, and finishing of components are encouraged to apply.

Key Responsibilities:
Prepare plastic and composite/carbon components for painting.
Carry out manual sanding and surface preparation.
Perform masking of components before painting.
Prepare, set up, and clean components using appropriate chemical solutions.
Carry out manual spray painting using a spray gun.
Paint plastic and composite/CFRP components according to required quality standards.
Perform polishing and finishing of painted components.
Follow workplace safety, quality, and production procedures.




Perform other general support duties as assigned by the shift supervisor.

Requirements
A minimum of 3 years of practical spray painting/spray gun experience is desirable.
Experience in industrial painting, automotive painting, plastic component painting, or composite/CFRP painting will be an advantage.
Candidates with strong hands-on painting skills and relevant ITI/NTC training may also be considered.

Qualification:
NTC / ITI – Painter (General) qualification.
Qualification should preferably be issued under NCVT / DGT.
Candidates with relevant vocational training in industrial painting/coating technology may also be considered.
