Understand Groniva HRMS, Payroll and CLMS products.
Study customer requirements and convert them into product requirements.
Prepare product specifications, workflows and process documentation.
Perform functional testing and identify product gaps.
Analyse customer feedback and suggest product improvements.
Work closely with Product, Development, Implementation and Customer Success teams.
Support dashboards, reports and product analytics.
Preferred Background
B.E./B.Tech, BCA, MCA, BBA, MBA, B.Sc. IT/Computer Science or equivalent.
Valuable analytical and logical-thinking skills.
Basic understanding of databases/SQL is an advantage.
Robust communication and documentation skills.
