Roles and Responsibility:

Tech Skills:
Assess training needs through surveys, interviews with employees or consultation with managers or customer representatives.
Develop training resources, which may involve preparing notes and visual displays from researched information or their own knowledge
Design and compile training manuals for employees.
Plan, Organize, and execute training programs for employees
Deliver training.
Evaluate and record training activities or program effectiveness through demonstrating equipment, operating video recorders and cameras, leading group discussions or role-playing activities




Offer specific training programs to help the team to maintain or improve product knowledge and skills.
Monitor training costs and prepare budget reports to justify expenditures
Drive standardization and consistency of training practices.
Responsible for the management of training content.
Assess the effectiveness of training design and delivery methods and impact of training on trainees.
