Check raw metals and incoming materials to verify they match purchase orders and specifications.
Perform in-process checks during cutting, bending, machining, and assembly.
Inspect final products for weld integrity, dimensional accuracy, and surface finish.
Approve First Article Inspections (FAI) and manage Production Part Approval Process (PPAP) documentation
