Job Summary The Project Engineer is responsible for planning, coordinating, supervising, and ensuring the successful execution of solar PV projects from site survey through installation and commissioning.

Key Responsibilities
Plan and coordinate solar project execution according to approved designs and timelines.
Review site survey reports, drawings, system designs, and project requirements.
Coordinate with Site Surveyors, Installation Teams, Electricians, Vendors, and Customers.
Supervise solar panel, inverter, structure, cabling, earthing, and other installation activities.
Ensure installation is carried out according to approved technical specifications and safety standards.
Monitor project progress and ensure timely completion of assigned projects.




Identify and resolve technical issues encountered during project execution.
Verify material requirements and coordinate with the stores/procurement team.
Conduct site inspections and ensure quality of workmanship.
Coordinate electrical connections, testing, commissioning, and system handover.
Ensure proper documentation of project activities, photographs, test reports, and completion reports.
Communicate project status, delays, and technical issues to management.
Coordinate with the customer throughout the project execution process.
Ensure compliance with company procedures, electrical standards, and safety requirements.
Support the team in resolving post-installation technical issues when required.

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
