The purchase of all food for the establishment and the ensuring of the continuity of supply.
To control the purchase , the goods receiving department and of store.
Finding cheaper and better sources of supply as well as current and substitute materials, ensuring that efficiency of supply and cost s reduction are obtained
Co-operating with production departments to standardize commodities so as to keep stock levels (and the money involved) as low as efficiently possible.
Maintaining liaison with the production and control departments to check that the items purchased are satisfactory
Establishing valuable contacts with the traders.
Receive raw materials, packaging materials, consumables, spare parts, and other materials.




Verify received material against PO, invoice, delivery challan and GRN.
Check quantity, item description, batch/lot number, expiry date and physical condition.
Coordinate with QC/QA for material inspection and approval before use.
Keep approved, rejected, under-inspection and returned materials separately identified.
Issue materials only against an approved Material Requisition/Issue Slip.
Maintain accurate records of stock received, issued, returned and balance stock.
Update stock registers/ERP/Excel records on a timely basis.
Maintain minimum and maximum stock levels

Pay: ₹18,000.00 - ₹22,000.00 per month
