B.Tech in Civil Engineering (mandatory).
Minimum 5 years of experience in managing building construction projects.
Solid leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
Proficiency in MS Project, AutoCAD, and MS Office.
In-depth knowledge of local building regulations and safety standards.
Ability to handle multiple projects simultaneously.
Manage and oversee commercial building projects from start to finish.
Prepare project plans, schedules, budgets, and resource allocations.
Lead and supervise site engineers, contractors, and labor teams.
Ensure construction quality as per approved drawings and specifications.
Coordinate with architects, consultants, suppliers, and clients.
Monitor daily progress and resolve site-related issues quickly.
Maintain strict cost control and ensure projects are completed within budget.
Ensure compliance with safety regulations and building codes.
Prepare and present progress reports to senior management.
