Resolve day-to-day issues raised by users, analyze root cause and provide quick solutions.
Troubleshooting daily system issues, managing user requests, and resolving incidents within agreed [Service Level Agreements (SLAs)].
Supporting the delivery of tax technology and tax transformation projects for clients across industries
Assisting with configuration, testing, validation, and support activities for tax technology solutions
Collaborating with tax, technology, and client stakeholders to identify process improvement opportunities
