About the Role
D-Vivid Consultant is looking for a driven, confident, and target-oriented Business Development Executive to join our Sales & Admissions team.

This is a consultative sales role where you will interact with students and parents, understand their requirements, recommend suitable study-abroad opportunities, and convert qualified leads into successful applications and enrollments.

We are looking for individuals who are excellent at communication, relationship building, follow-ups, negotiation, objection handling, and closing sales.

Study-abroad experience is not mandatory. Candidates with strong sales or business development experience from other industries are encouraged to apply.

Key Responsibilities
Sales & Business Development
• Handle incoming leads and inquiries through calls, WhatsApp, online platforms, and other channels.
• Understand customer/student requirements and identify suitable opportunities.




• Conduct consultative conversations with students and parents to understand their goals, preferences, and budgets.
• Convert qualified leads into counseling sessions, applications, and successful enrollments.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with prospective students and parents.
• Conduct regular follow-ups and ensure timely movement of leads through the sales funnel.
• Handle objections, negotiate effectively, and confidently close opportunities.
• Achieve monthly sales, enrollment, conversion, and revenue targets.
• Maintain a healthy sales pipeline and identify opportunities to improve conversion rates.
• Generate referrals and repeat business through strong customer relationships.

Student Counseling & Guidance
• Guide students and parents regarding study-abroad destinations, universities, courses, and career opportunities.
