We are seeking a highly responsible and technically capable IT Manager to manage and maintain the complete IT infrastructure across all hospital and branch locations. The role includes hardware and software management, network administration, CCTV systems, security systems, IT asset management, vendor coordination, and technical support to all departments. The IT Manager will ensure that all systems run smoothly, securely, and efficiently as per company SOPs, policies, and operational requirements.
Key Responsibilities
· Set up workstations with computers, routers, printers, scanners, and other peripheral devices.
· Check and maintain computer hardware including HDD, keyboards, mouse, monitors and internal components.
· Install, configure and maintain operating systems and required software applications.
· Develop, manage and maintain LAN/WAN networks to ensure optimal performance.
· Ensure network security, data protection and privacy across all systems.
· Provide guidance and training to staff on using software, systems and IT equipment.
· Schedule upgrades,



system updates and preventive maintenance without interrupting workflow.
· Troubleshoot and resolve hardware, software and network issues quickly.
· Identify shortages of IT equipment and coordinate procurement.
· Install, maintain and repair CCTV systems across all branches.
· Maintain telephone systems and coordinate with telecom vendors for issue resolution.
· Support management of telephone and internet connections for branches.
· Repair and maintain laptops, desktops and other IT hardware.
· Handle printer installation, repair and maintenance.
· Resolve biometric attendance system issues.
· Provide networking support across locations.
· Provide remote technical support to staff and other branches.
· Support current branch setups including full IT infrastructure installation.
