Role Description The Operation Head role is a full time, on-site position based at Rungta Hospital in Jaipur.



The Operation Head will oversee day-to-day hospital operations, ensuring smooth functioning of clinical and non-clinical departments, optimal patient flow, and adherence to quality and safety standards. Key responsibilities include coordinating with medical, nursing, and administrative teams, monitoring resource utilization, and implementing process improvements to enhance efficiency and patient experience. The role involves managing budgets, supervising support services such as laboratory, imaging, and physiotherapy, and ensuring compliance with regulatory and accreditation requirements. The Operation Head will also lead staff development initiatives, resolve operational issues, and support senior leadership in strategic planning and execution.
