About Position:

We are seeking an experienced Workday Project manager with 8 to 10 years of experience in administering, supporting, and optimizing enterprise Workday HCM and Financial Management platforms. The ideal candidate will be responsible for ensuring the availability, security, performance, and operational stability of Workday environments while supporting business-critical HR and Finance processes.

What You'll Do:

Lead end-to-end PeopleSoft PUM and PeopleTools upgrade initiatives.
Develop project plans, timelines, milestones, resource allocation, and budget estimates.
Establish project governance, reporting mechanisms, risk logs, and issue management processes.
Coordinate project activities across business, HR, finance, infrastructure, security, and application teams. Manage PeopleTools upgrades, system testing, deployment, and cutover activities.
Coordinate migration activities across Development, Test, UAT,



and Production environments.
Oversee retrofitting, customization analysis, and impact assessments.
Ensure successful application of PeopleSoft Image updates and selective adoption processes.

Expertise You'll Bring:

Facilitate workshops and steering committee meetings.
Communicate project status, risks, dependencies, and mitigation actions to leadership.
Coordinate with PeopleSoft functional and technical teams to ensure successful delivery.
Manage system integration testing (SIT), user acceptance testing (UAT), and production readiness.
Coordinate deployment and post-production support activities.
Ensure compliance with change management and release management processes.
Work closely with HR, Finance, PMO, and business leadership teams.
Facilitate decision-making sessions and obtain required approvals.
Ensure alignment between business objectives and financial targets.
