Role : SAP OTC/MM Functional Consultant
Location: Hyderabad, India – Onsite

Role Summary:
Seeking an experienced SAP SD/OTC Functional Consultant with solid SAP S/4HANA, ECC, and legacy/third-party integration experience to support and optimize end-to-end Order-to-Cash (O2C) processes.
Key Responsibilities:
Support SAP SD/O2C including sales orders, pricing, credit management, ATP, delivery, shipping, billing, and output management.
Handle integrations with MM, WM, FI, EDI, logistics platforms, and legacy ERP systems.
Perform incident management, troubleshooting, RCA, and problem resolution within SLAs.
Work with ABAP, BASIS, middleware, and integration teams on interfaces, enhancements, reports, workflows, and jobs.
Support UAT, regression testing,



patch validation, and change impact assessments.
Assist with change requests, enhancements, releases, documentation, and knowledge transfer.
Identify recurring issues and recommend process improvements and preventive solutions.
Collaborate with business and IT stakeholders across Americas, EMEA, and APAC.
Participate in on-call/extended production support as required.
