Key Responsibilities
Provide application and production support for Mobile Money, e-Wallet, Prepaid Recharge, Credit Card Payment, and related digital payment platforms.
Monitor, troubleshoot, and resolve application, database, network, and infrastructure issues within defined SLAs.
Ensure timely categorization, tracking, updates, and closure of incidents, service requests, and problem tickets.
Perform root cause analysis (RCA) and prepare detailed 5-Why RCA reports for recurring and critical issues.
Implement configuration changes, patches, and fixes to address customer requirements and production issues.
Create and maintain operational documentation, Method of Procedure (MOP) documents, and activity reports.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure system stability, availability, and performance.
Support planned maintenance activities, deployments, upgrades, and release implementations.
Monitor application and infrastructure health using NMS and monitoring tools.
Participate in 24x7 support operations and major incident management activities.
Work closely with customers, vendors, and internal teams to ensure effective communication and issue resolution.
Mandatory Skills
Knowledge of Mobile Money, e-Wallet, Prepaid Recharge, Credit Card Payment, or similar digital payment solutions.
Hands-on experience in application support and production support environments.
Solid knowledge of Oracle Database (PL/SQL and Administration), PostgreSQL, JDK/JRE, Linux (RHEL/OEL), and Tomcat or other web application servers.
Good understanding of operating systems, applications, networking concepts, and interface troubleshooting.
Experience in incident management, problem management, and SLA-based support processes.
Ability to perform root cause analysis and prepare structured RCA documentation.
Familiarity with hardware components such as servers, storage systems, switches, and load balancers.
Experience working with monitoring tools such as Nagios and ticketing systems
