Role Description This is a full-time, on-site Customer Service Representative role based in Lucknow,Gurugram and Gorakhpur. The role involves handling inbound and outbound customer interactions via phone, email, or chat, resolving queries, and providing accurate information about services. The representative will manage customer accounts, document interactions in internal systems,



and escalate complex issues to the appropriate teams when needed. Daily responsibilities include maintaining service quality standards, following defined processes, and contributing to high customer satisfaction scores. The role also requires collaborating with team members, participating in ongoing training, and adapting to changing client needs and performance targets.

Qualifications
Strong customer-facing skills, including Customer Service and Customer Support capabilities.
Ability to enhance Customer Experience and maintain high levels of Customer Satisfaction.
Experience working as Customer Service Representatives or in similar customer-focused roles.
Clear and qualified verbal and written communication skills in English; knowledge of additional languages is an advantage.
Comfort with using call center software, CRM tools, and basic computer applications.
