? We’re Hiring | Senior Accountant – Healthcare/Hospital

We are looking for an experienced Senior Accountant to join our healthcare team.

? Position: Senior Accountant
? Industry: Hospital / Healthcare
? Experience: 3+ years preferred
? Location: Pune
? Employment Type: Full-time

Key Responsibilities

• Manage day-to-day accounting operations
• Handle hospital billing, receipts, payments & reconciliations
• Maintain books of accounts and financial records
• Manage GST, TDS, PF/ESIC and other statutory compliances
• Prepare MIS reports and financial statements
• Handle vendor payments and outstanding follow-ups
• Bank reconciliation and ledger scrutiny
• Coordinate with auditors and management




• Ensure accurate and timely financial reporting

Preferred Candidate

✅ Previous experience in a hospital/healthcare organization is mandatory/preferred
✅ Strong knowledge of accounting principles and statutory compliance
✅ Proficiency in Tally/ERP & MS Excel
✅ Valuable analytical and communication skills
✅ Ability to manage accounts independently
