What You'll Do
Work with the Business team to gather and define requirements for dashboards and reports
Build and maintain dashboards & reports across markets on tools like Power BI / Metabase
Own the development and ongoing management of the BI Portal
Build data pipelines (e.g., in NiFi)
to create base aggregates on the Data Warehouse that power new reports and dashboards
Monitor ongoing pipelines and own data veracity/quality
Work with Ops & DE teams to ensure pipelines stay up and running and the BI portal stays up to date
Work with banks, payment gateways, and telcos on daily reconciliation
Build automated processes for monthly recon and generate data for billing
What You'll Need (Must Have)
5+ years of experience in BI / Data Engineering / Data Analysis
Solid hands-on SQL skills (PostgreSQL, MongoDB, or equivalent) for querying and managing large datasets
Experience gathering requirements from business stakeholders and translating them into dashboards/reports
Hands-on experience building and owning dashboards/reports on BI tools such as Power BI or Metabase
Experience building data pipelines/ETL (e.g., Apache NiFi or similar) to create base aggregates on a Data Warehouse
