n Role Description The Project Manager is a full-time, on-site role based in the Mumbai Metropolitan Region. The role requires having previous construction contracting experience.
nThis position is responsible for planning, organizing, and overseeing construction projects, including managing schedules, budgets, resources, and subcontractors. The Project Manager coordinates with engineering, site supervision, logistics, and quality teams to ensure timely execution, compliance with safety standards, and adherence to technical specifications.
nDaily activities include tracking project progress, addressing on-site issues, reviewing reports and documentation, and communicating with clients and internal stakeholders. The role also involves risk management, optimization of project workflows, and continuous improvement of project delivery processes.

- Logistics Management capabilities to handle material movement, vendor coordination, and site supply planningn
- Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering or a related fieldn
- Proven experience managing construction projects, preferably in residential, commercial, or infrastructure sectorsn
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills with attention to detail and documentationn
- Ability to lead diverse teams on site, collaborate with cross-functional departments, and work in a quick-paced environmentn
- Proficiency in project management and construction software (e.g., MS Project, Primavera, AutoCAD) is beneficialn
