NFR (Performance,Security and resilience testing) testing

Key Requirements

6-8 years of experience in Performance Engineering, Security Testing, and Resilience Testing.
A hands-on NFR testing expert capable of ensuring application performance, security, scalability, reliability, and resilience across modern cloud-native distributed systems.
Hands-on experience in Load, Stress, Endurance (Soak), Scalability, and Chaos Testing.
Proven expertise in performance analysis, bottleneck identification, tuning, and root cause analysis.
Experience testing large-scale, cloud-hosted enterprise applications and distributed systems.
Solid understanding of Microservices, REST APIs, Containerization, and Cloud-Native Architectures.
Hands-on experience with Kubernetes, Docker, Helm Charts, and Istio Service Mesh.
Experience working in Linux-based cloud environments with applications built using Java.
Strong knowledge of Kafka, Redis, Cassandra, Couchbase, and other distributed data platforms.




Experience with monitoring and observability tools such as Prometheus, Grafana, Elasticsearch, and Kibana.
Hands-on experience performing Vulnerability Assessment (VA), Penetration Testing (PT), and OWASP security validation.
Strong understanding of reliability engineering, fault tolerance, failover mechanisms, and high-availability architectures.
Knowledge of OOP principles, concurrency, multithreading, exception handling, and functional programming concepts.
Excellent troubleshooting, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
Ability to quickly learn new technologies, challenge conventional approaches, and drive engineering excellence.

Preferred Skills

Experience with SaaS/PaaS platforms and cloud-native environments.
Exposure to SRE, Chaos Engineering, and Observability practices.
Familiarity with performance testing tools such as JMeter, Gatling, k6, or similar.
