Role Description This is a full-time, in office Trainee Engineer (Fresher) role based in Chennai. The Trainee Engineer will support the design, testing, and operation of modular plasma pyrolysis systems,



working closely with senior engineers and cross-functional teams. Daily activities include assisting in experimental setups, monitoring process parameters, collecting and analyzing data, and preparing technical documentation and reports. The role involves learning and applying concepts in process engineering, plasma systems, hydrogen and carbon materials production, and safety protocols. The Trainee Engineer will also contribute to continuous improvement initiatives, help implement ESG and safety standards, and participate in troubleshooting and maintenance of lab and pilot-scale equipment.
Qualifications

Strong fundamentals in engineering disciplines such as Chemical, Mechanical, Electrical, or Materials Engineering, with a recognized bachelor's degree (or equivalent) from an accredited institution.
