Role Description The Owner of Courtyard By Marriott Bilaspur is responsible for overseeing overall property performance, including guest satisfaction, financial results, and operational standards. This full-time, in office role in Bilaspur involves close collaboration with the hotel’s leadership team to align strategic goals, approve budgets, and ensure compliance with Marriott brand requirements and local regulations. Day-to-day tasks include reviewing financial and operational reports, guiding revenue and cost-management decisions, and supporting the General Manager and department heads in staffing, service quality, and asset maintenance. The Owner also maintains relationships with Marriott corporate representatives, vendors, and local stakeholders, and provides direction on long-term investments, marketing initiatives, and community engagement. The role requires regular presence at the property to monitor performance, address key issues, and uphold high standards of safety, integrity, and guest experience.
Qualifications
Experience in hospitality ownership, hotel management,



or senior leadership within the service industry, with a strong understanding of hotel operations and brand standards.
Proven financial management abilities, including budgeting, P&L; oversight, investment planning, and revenue optimization.
Strong strategic planning and decision-making skills, with the capacity to set priorities, manage risk, and guide long-term property growth.
Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills for collaborating with management teams, corporate partners, vendors, and local authorities.
Demonstrated leadership capabilities, including mentoring senior staff, fostering an inclusive workplace culture, and supporting team development.
Knowledge of local regulatory requirements, safety standards, and compliance practices relevant to hotel operations in Bilaspur.
Ability to work on-site full time, maintain a visible presence at the property, and respond prompt
