About the Role La Exotic is looking for a MICE Product & Contracting to build and manage our MICE product portfolio across hotels, resorts, DMCs, airlines, venues, activities and other travel partners.
The person will be responsible for negotiating competitive B2B rates, maintaining supplier relationships, controlling margins for corporate clients.
Key Responsibilities-
- Obtain special group rates, upgrades, complimentary benefits and value additions.
- Negotiate payment terms, cancellation policies, release periods and attrition clauses.
- Knowledge of Indian Tourist Destinations
- Ensure contracts are commercially beneficial to La Exotic
- Identify current destinations, hotels, venues and experiences suitable for corporate groups.
- Develop unique incentive travel,
conference, corporate retreat and group tour products.
- Build destination-wise MICE packages.
- Regularly review market pricing and competitor offerings
- Work closely with the MICE Sales team to understand client requirements.
- Prepare competitive proposals and itineraries.
Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹27,000.00 per month
