Role Overview

We are looking for an experienced Meta Ads Specialist who is well-versed in planning, executing, and scaling high-performance campaigns for Real Estate and D2C brands. The ideal candidate should have strong analytical skills, a performance mindset, and hands-on experience in driving quality leads and revenue through Meta platforms.

Key Responsibilities

- Plan, launch, and optimize Meta ad campaigns across objectives such as Lead Generation, Traffic, Conversions, and Sales

- Scale campaigns profitably by managing budgets, audiences, creatives, and bidding strategies

- Handle real estate lead generation campaigns, focusing on lead quality, CPL optimization, and funnel performance

- Manage D2C performance campaigns, including conversion tracking, ROAS optimization, and retargeting strategies

- Create and test multiple ad creatives, copies, and formats (image, video, carousel, reels)

- Implement and manage audience strategies:

- Custom audiences

- Lookalike audiences





- Retargeting funnels

- Track performance using Meta Ads Manager, analyze data, and share actionable insights

- Coordinate with sales and creative teams to align ads with follow-ups, offers, and landing pages

- Monitor pixel, events, and conversion tracking to ensure accurate reporting

- Stay updated with Meta policy changes, new ad formats, and best practices

Required Skills & Expertise

- 4 to 6 years of hands-on experience running Meta Ads at scale

- Solid experience in Real Estate & D2C advertising

- Proven ability to reduce CPL and improve ROAS

- Deep understanding of campaign structure, scaling methods, and funnel strategy

- Experience with landing page optimization and A/B testing

- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills

- Ability to work independently and take ownership of performance
