About the Role

We are looking for a skilled and motivated MERN Stack Developer with 2–5 years of professional experience to join our development team. The ideal candidate should have strong expertise in MongoDB, Express.js, React.js, and Node.js, along with hands-on experience in React Native for cross-plat mobile application development.

Key Responsibilities

- Develop, maintain, and optimize scalable web applications using the MERN stack.
- Build responsive and user-friendly interfaces using React.js.
- Develop robust and secure backend services and RESTful APIs using Node.js and Express.js.
- Design, manage, and optimize databases using MongoDB.
- Develop and maintain cross-platform mobile applications using React Native.
- Integrate third-party APIs and external services.
- Write clean, reusable, maintainable, and well-documented code.
- Debug, troubleshoot, and resolve application issues.
- Collaborate with UI/UX designers, product managers, and other developers.
- Participate in code reviews, testing, deployment, and performance optimization.
- Stay updated with up-to-date web and mobile development technologies.

Required Skills
- 2–5 years of hands-on experience in MERN stack development.
- Strong proficiency in React.js, Node.js, Express.js, and MongoDB.




- Good experience with React Native and mobile application development.
- Strong understanding of JavaScript / ES6+.
- Experience working with REST APIs and third-party API integrations.
- Knowledge of Git/GitHub and version control workflows.
- Understanding of responsive design and frontend performance optimization.
- Good knowledge of application security and authentication mechanisms such as JWT/OAuth.
- Strong debugging and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively in a team.

Good to Have
- Experience with TypeScript.
- Knowledge of Redux / Redux Toolkit or other state-management solutions.
- Experience with Firebase, push notifications, or real-time applications.
- Familiarity with AWS, Docker, CI/CD, or cloud deployment.
- Experience publishing applications on the Google Play Store / Apple App Store.

Pay: ₹40,000.00 - ₹60,000.00 per month
