- Expertise in managing the end-to-end merchandising process from product development to production delivery, ensuring quality, competitive pricing, and adherence to timelines.

- Skilled in managing bulk fabric and trim ordering with minimal wastage and precise costing throughout the development process.

- Solid ability to coordinate pre-production and post-production activities with external (buying houses) and internal (factories) stakeholders.

- Experienced in TNA monitoring, buyer/buying agency coordination, and handling woven apparel categories, especially women's and childrens wear.

- Adept at client relationship management, acting as the primary contact for international buyers, ensuring seamless communication and timely approvals..

- Demonstrates excellence in communication, negotiation,



and delivering high-quality products on time while maintaining ON TIME PCD performance.

- Collaborate with production, QA, and logistics teams for smooth execution.

- Ensure compliance with quality standards and handle buyer inspections.
