Job Summary

We are looking for a MERN Stack Developer with 0.6 to 2 years of experience to join our development team in Pune.

The ideal candidate should have practical knowledge of MongoDB, Express.js, React.js, and Node.js and be comfortable working on both frontend and backend development. The candidate will work with the team to build, maintain, test, and improve responsive web applications and RESTful APIs.

This is a great opportunity for a developer who wants to strengthen their MERN stack skills while working on real-world projects.

Key Responsibilities

- Develop and maintain web applications using React.js, Node.js, and Express.js.
- Build and integrate RESTful APIs.
- Develop reusable and responsive UI components using React.
- Work with MongoDB for data storage, queries, and basic database design.
- Integrate frontend applications with backend APIs.
- Implement basic authentication and authorization features.
- Debug and troubleshoot frontend and backend issues.
- Write clean, maintainable, and reusable code.
- Work with senior developers and team members to understand requirements and implement solutions.
- Participate in code reviews, testing, and debugging activities.




- Use Git for version control and follow team development practices.
- Participate in Agile/Scrum meetings and contribute to sprint deliverables.
- Learn and adapt to new tools, technologies, and development practices.

Technical SkillsBackend Development
- Basic to good hands-on experience with Node.js and Express.js.
- Understanding of building and consuming REST APIs.
- Working knowledge of MongoDB, including CRUD operations and basic data modeling.
- Understanding of asynchronous JavaScript, callbacks, promises, and async/await.
- Basic understanding of JWT authentication and authorization.
- Familiarity with API testing tools such as Postman.

Frontend Development
- Practical experience with React.js.
- Good understanding of React Hooks and functional components.
- Good knowledge of JavaScript (ES6+), HTML5, and CSS3.
- Understanding of responsive web design.
- Familiarity with Bootstrap or Tailwind CSS is an advantage.
- Basic understanding of Redux or Context API.
- Familiarity with React Router.
- Understanding of component-based development and reusable UI components.

Database
- Hands-on experience with MongoDB.
- Understanding of CRUD operations and collections.
- Basic knowledge of MongoDB queries, indexing, and aggregation is preferred.

Cloud & DevOps – Good to Have
- Basic knowledge of AWS services such as EC2 and S3 is an advantage.
- Basic understanding of deployment processes is a plus.
- Exposure to Docker or CI/CD tools is an added advantage.

Tools & Version Control
- Positive understanding of Git and GitHub/GitLab/Bitbucket.
- Familiarity with npm and Node.js development tools.
- Basic knowledge of Vite or other React build tools.
- Familiarity with Jira or similar task-management tools is a plus.

Pay: ₹12,404.21 - ₹25,000.55 per month
