Role Description

Experience - 1-2 years The Medical Representative role at Janjaes Pharmaceutical is a full-time, on-site position based in Gaya. The individual in this role will visit healthcare professionals, such as doctors and pharmacists, to promote and explain the company’s products, focusing on their benefits, usage, and pricing. Daily tasks include scheduling and conducting sales calls, presenting product information, following up on inquiries, and maintaining strong professional relationships with customers. The role also involves monitoring local market trends, gathering feedback,



and reporting sales activities and customer insights to the management team.

The Medical

Representative will collaborate with internal teams to ensure accurate product information and support marketing initiatives in the region.

Qualifications

- Robust Medical Sales skills, with the ability to meet targets and build long-term relationships with healthcare professionals.
- Excellent Communication and Customer Service skills to present complex information clearly and respond promptly to customer needs.
- Foundational knowledge of Medicine and Pharmacy to understand product indications, contraindications, and usage guidelines.
- Proficiency in basic computer applications and reporting tools to document visits, sales data, and customer feedback.
- Ability to work independently in the field, manage time effectively, and adapt to changing schedules.
- Prior experience as a Medical Representative or in pharmaceutical sales is preferred.
- Relevant educational background in life sciences, pharmacy, or a related field is advantageous.
- Willingness to travel within Gaya and nearby areas as required.
