Job Summary:

We are looking for a US Medical Billing Executive to handle healthcare revenue cycle activities, including claims submission, payment posting, and insurance eligibility verification. The ideal candidate should have positive attention to detail, basic knowledge of US healthcare billing, and the ability to work accurately within timelines.

Key Responsibilities:

- Prepare, review, and submit medical claims to insurance payers accurately and on time.
- Verify patient insurance eligibility and benefits through payer portals or other available resources.
- Perform payment posting and accurately update patient account records.
- Review EOBs and ERAs and ensure payments are posted correctly.
- Identify and resolve claim errors, rejections, and payment discrepancies.
- Follow up on outstanding claims and coordinate with relevant teams for resolution.
- Maintain accurate billing and payment records.
- Ensure compliance with company procedures and HIPAA requirements.
- Meet daily productivity and quality targets.

Night Shift - 7:00 PM - 4:00 AM and 9:00 PM - 6:00 AM
