The Production Supervisor ensures smooth execution of production plans and manages manpower and output on the shop floor.
Key Responsibilities:
Implement daily and shift production schedules
Supervise operators, helpers, and technicians
Ensure production targets, efficiency, and quality standards are met
Monitor machine utilization and coordinate maintenance support
Maintain production reports and shift logs
Ensure safety compliance and discipline among workers
Reduce downtime and improve productivity
Train and guide workers on SOP compliance
Coordinate with QA/QC and maintenance departments
Report production performance to senior management
Preferred: Experience in Cosmetics/Pharma. Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹22,000.00 per month
