About the Role

Flutter Footwear is looking for a hands-on Production Supervisor to oversee day-to-day manufacturing operations at our Mumbai facility. You'll ensure footwear is produced on time, meets quality standards, and that the production floor runs efficiently.

Key Responsibilities
Supervise daily footwear manufacturing operations, from raw material intake to finished product
Monitor production schedules and ensure targets are met without compromising quality
Conduct quality checks at various production stages and address defects promptly
Coordinate with the design and merchandising teams on current styles and specifications
Manage and guide production line workers, ensuring adherence to safety and process standards
Track inventory of raw materials, components, and finished goods
Identify bottlenecks in the production process and recommend improvements




Maintain production records and prepare daily/weekly reports for management
Ensure compliance with workplace safety and quality regulations

Requirements
2–3 years of experience in a supervisory or production-floor role (footwear, apparel, or retail manufacturing background preferred)
Robust understanding of manufacturing/production workflows
Good people-management and communication skills
Ability to work on the floor and manage a team under production deadlines
Basic knowledge of MS Excel/production tracking tools
Based in or willing to relocate to Mumbai

Nice to Have
Prior experience specifically in footwear or leather goods manufacturing
Familiarity with quality control standards in the footwear industry

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month Work Location: Hybrid remote in Mumbai, Maharashtra (Mumbai, Mumbai District)
