Project Manager will lead and deliver precast erection projects from start to finish. The role involves planning, execution and team management to ensure timely, protected and high-quality precast project delivery. Responsibilities
Take complete ownership of project planning, scheduling and execution for precast erection projects.
Lead and supervise erection teams, site engineers, supervisors and contractors to ensure smooth operations.
Coordinate with internal departments (production, quality, logistics) to align supply and site requirements.
Monitor daily progress, track milestones and ensure projects are delivered on time and within budget.
Conduct site inspections to maintain high safety and quality standards.
Identify and resolve technical or operational challenges at site proactively.




Maintain robust client relationships by providing regular updates and addressing requirements.
Ensure all documentation, reports and project records are maintained accurately.
Drive continuous improvement in project execution methods and team efficiency.

Requirements:
Bachelor s or master s in civil engineering
5+ years in precast erection projects
Solid leadership, communication and problem-solving skills.
Willingness to travel to project sites as needed
Proven record of team management experience
