Project Manager – Interior Design & Architecture

Qualification: B.Arch / Diploma or Degree in Interior Designing / Architecture

Avenir Design Studio is looking for a Project Manager with a background in Interior Designing or Architecture to manage and coordinate interior design and architectural projects from planning to execution.

Key Responsibilities
Plan, coordinate, and monitor projects from start to completion.
Coordinate with clients, architects, interior designers, vendors, contractors, and internal teams.
Prepare and maintain project schedules, timelines, and progress reports.
Ensure project deliverables are completed within the agreed timeline and quality standards.
Coordinate drawings, designs, BOQs, material requirements, and project-related documentation.
Follow up with vendors, contractors, and team members for timely execution.
Conduct regular project follow-ups and identify potential delays or issues.
Maintain proper records of project updates, revisions, and client requirements.




Ensure effective communication between all stakeholders throughout the project.

Requirements
Qualification in Interior Designing, Architecture, or a related field.
1–3 years of relevant experience in project coordination/management.
Good knowledge of interior design and architectural processes.
Solid coordination, communication, and organizational skills.
Ability to manage multiple tasks and projects simultaneously.
Proficiency in MS Office/Excel; knowledge of AutoCAD or other design software will be an advantage.
Good command of English and professional communication skills.

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹50,000.00 per month
