As a Program Specialist I here at Honeywell, you will be responsible for supporting the planning, coordination, and execution of various CCC Projects to ensure they meet organizational goals and deliver value. You will play a key role in assisting project management activities, tracking progress and facilitating communication among stakeholders. You will play a key role in coordination with CIC leads for successful project testing (FATs) & taking care of shipment & dispatches from Honeywell, Factory.

You will report directly to our Program Manager and you ll work out of our Pune, India location on an In office work schedule.

In this role, you will impact the successful delivery and administration of programs that drive business objectives and enhance operational efficiency within the organization.

YOU MUST HAVE
Experience in program coordination or related roles.
Robust organizational skills and attention to detail.
Proficiency in program tracking tools and reporting software.




Ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.

WE VALUE
Bachelors degree in Business, Engineering, or a related field.
3 years of experience in program support or administration.
Good analytical skills and problem-solving ability.
Ability to adapt to a agile work environment and manage multiple priorities.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
