nJobRole Overview
nWe are looking for a skilled Agentic Engineer / Data Scientist with hands-on experience in designing, architecting, and developing advanced agentic systems and intelligent solutions. The ideal candidate will have a robust foundation in modern AI frameworks and experience building scalable, production-grade AI systems

nKey Responsibilities
n. Write Prompt optimization
n. Write evals
n. Custom guardrails for domain context that are non-trivial
n. Used mlflow/langsmith or similar tools for debugging

Design and develop agentic systems and AI-driven solutionn
Architect scalable workflows for multi-agent systemn
Implement and optimize RAG (Retrieval-Augmented Generation) pipelinen
Work with vector embeddings and vector databasen
Build and manage agent orchestration frameworkn
Develop end-to-end AI workflows, including data ingestion, processing, and inferencn
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver AI-powered solutionn
Continuously evaluate and integrate emerging AI tools and frameworkn

nRequired Skills & Qualification

3–6 years of experience in Data Science, Machine Learning, or AI Engineerinn
Strong experience in agent engineering and agent-based architecturen
Hands-on experience withn
RAG pipelinen
Vector embeddings and semantic searcn
Multi-agent orchestration and workflow design
Proficiency in Python and relevant ML/AI librarien
