HR Transformation, Systems and Rewards - Re-imagining and digitizing the HR function, including HR strategy,



HR service delivery model, HR cloud technology as well as transforming employee policies and rewards to align with business and individual objectives.

Your key responsibilities
Proven capability to support project planning, execution, and tracking across multiple workstreams. Strong ability to apply structured consulting methods for analysis, problem-solving, and delivery support. Experienced in preparing clear project documentation, status updates, and stakeholder-ready presentations. Able to coordinate data gathering, issue identification, and follow-up actions to support project outcomes. Skilled in using general consulting practices to contribute to efficient and high-quality engagement delivery.

Qualifications
Bachelor of Business Administration

Experience
HR Operations (4+ years)

Skills & Competencies
Cooperative; able to provide services across multiple client departments while following the commercial and legal requirements.
Practical approach to solving issues and complex problems with the ability to deliver insightful and practical solutions.
Agile, curious, mindful, and able to sustain positive energy, while being adaptable and creative in their approach.
