Key Responsibilities
Promote and demonstrate Estrip products to customers at the store.
Explain product features, benefits, usage, and key USPs to customers.
Handle customer queries and provide appropriate product information.
Drive product sales and achieve assigned sales targets.
Maintain proper product display, visibility, and merchandising at the outlet.
Monitor stock availability and coordinate with store staff for replenishment.
Observe competitor products, pricing, promotions, and customer preferences.
Maintain positive relationships with store staff and management.
Conduct product demonstrations and support promotional activities.
Submit daily sales and activity reports to the reporting manager.

Required Skills & Qualifications
Positive communication and interpersonal skills.




Strong customer handling and convincing abilities.
Sales-oriented and target-driven approach.
Basic understanding of retail sales and merchandising.
Hindi and English communication skills; knowledge of the local language is preferred.
Prior experience in retail/modern trade promotion will be an advantage.
Positive attitude, punctuality, and skilled appearance.

Pay: From ₹17,000.00 per month
