Role & responsibilities
Assist in planning, coordinating, and monitoring IT projects from initiation through successful completion.
Coordinate with project managers, technical teams, vendors, customers, and other stakeholders to ensure timely execution of project activities.
Prepare and maintain project schedules, task trackers, resource plans, and project documentation.
Monitor project progress against established timelines, milestones, budgets, and deliverables, and report status updates to management.
Schedule and facilitate project meetings, prepare meeting agendas, record minutes of meetings (MoM), and track action items to closure.
Coordinate project resource allocation and ensure the availability of required personnel, equipment, licenses, and other project-related requirements.
Assist in managing project risks, issues, dependencies, and change requests, ensuring timely escalation when necessary.
Maintain project records, documentation repositories, contracts, scope documents, and customer communications.
Support procurement, vendor coordination,



and logistics activities related to project execution.
Track project deliverables, implementation activities, and customer acceptance milestones to ensure successful project completion.
Prepare project reports, dashboards, status summaries, and management presentations as required.
Facilitate communication among internal departments and external stakeholders to ensure smooth project execution.

Preferred candidate profile
Experience in IT infrastructure, networking, cybersecurity, or System Integration projects preferred.
Solid coordination, communication, and follow-up skills.
Positive knowledge of MS Excel, PowerPoint, and project management tools.
Robust organizational and multitasking abilities.
Ability to work with technical and non-technical stakeholders.
PMP/CAPM/ITIL certification will be an advantage.
2 - 5 years of experience in IT Project Coordination / PMO / Project Management.
