Conduct inspections of civil works including excavation, concrete works, reinforcement, masonry, plastering, waterproofing, and finishing works.
Ensure all construction activities comply with approved drawings, specifications, and quality standards.
Monitor workmanship and material quality throughout project execution.
Verify compliance with relevant codes, standards, and regulations.
Prepare and maintain Inspection Request (IR) records.
Review and update quality control reports, checklists, and test reports.
Maintain records of material approvals, method statements, and quality procedures.
Prepare Non-Conformance Reports (NCRs) and corrective action reports when required.




Inspect incoming construction materials and verify compliance with project specifications.
Coordinate with site engineers, consultants, subcontractors, and clients regarding quality-related matters.
Attend quality meetings and participate in project reviews.
Assist in resolving quality issues and implementing corrective and preventive actions.
Coordinate laboratory testing for concrete, soil, aggregates, steel, and other construction materials.
Review test results and recommend corrective actions for non-compliant materials.
