Position: Quality Executive FMCG Foods

Location: Bangalore, Delhi, Mumbai ,Kolkata

Shift Timings : Rotational shifts and a 6-day work week

Job Summary:
Daily quality reports verification from all suppliers/WH, If require need to inspection of staple products
Consolidation of all QC, training, rejection reports, complaints reports, summarising and communication to stakeholders
Conducting Root cause analysis for customer complaints, implementation of corrective actions
Verification of implemented corrective actions for its effectiveness.
Frequent Visit to all supplier locations and conducting supplier Audits & training.
Follow up and closure of audit non conformities




Monitor supplier performances and recommendations for improvements

Key Skills:
The requirement is for additional manpower to conduct fortnight POD audits for all Fresh articles (shelf life of under 30 days), including FNV, DBEM, and applicable FMCG items.

Qualifications:
BE /B.Tech/B.Sc/M.Sc/ M.tech Food Technology/ Food Science/ Food Processing Engineering/ Agriculture (Any UG/PG related to Food)
Minimum of 6+ Months of experience in quality (F&V;) within the food industry,
Should have Positive Knowledge on Data Manage & Excel, Word, PPT.
