Role & responsibilities
Perform chemical and physical analysis of raw materials, in-process materials, and finished products.
Conduct routine QC laboratory testing as per approved specifications and standard methods.
Maintain laboratory records, test reports, COA, and documentation.
Handle laboratory instruments such as pH meter, moisture analyzer, weighing balance, titration equipment, etc.
Ensure compliance with FSSAI, ISO and company quality standards.
Maintain laboratory hygiene, calibration records, and safety procedures.
Preferred candidate profile
B.Sc. / M.Sc. in Chemistry, Applied Chemistry, Food Chemistry, or a related field
12 years in QC laboratory, preferably in the food/FMCG industry.
