Daily Complaint Review and analysis.
Close Co-ordination with service team for DOA cases detailing.
Monthly monitoring/reporting of market defect ratio using ladder chart.
Daily market complaint review and analysis.
2 way monitoring of market failure parts to review effectiveness of actions taken.
Dealer visits and customer calling for new product feedback.
Technical training to field technicians for skill enhancement.
Recording of lessons learnt from field complaint and ensure same to be considered during current product development.
Skilled excellence in Part failure analysis with CFT and formulation of countermeasure plan.




Early identification of potential field failures

Market defect simulation
Market complaint and defect analysis
Ladder chart for monitoring of market defect ratio
Warranty defect ratio and warranty cost monitoring for 1 year, 5 years and 10 years warranty components.

Qualifications

Work Experience & Education Requirements
Bachelor’s degree in engineering
7 + Years of experience in Incoming quality management
Robust knowledge of quality management systems (ISO 9001, Quality tools, FMEA, 8D, SPC, GD&T;, BIS etc.)
