Drive root cause analysis (RCA) for defects and implement corrective actions
Draft & Implement PFD, PFMEA & Control Plan.
B. Process Improvement
Implement Lean / Six Sigma / Kaizen initiatives
Standardize best practices across shifts
Adherence to EHS Standards & Protected working practices.
Update MIS dashboards for management review
Coordination with Production & Maintenance to ensure process improvements
Key Performance Indicators (KPIs)
First Pass Yield (FPY)
Rejection / Defect Rate
Required Skills & Competencies
Technical Skills
Knowledge of:
Stator winding processes
Electrical parameters (Resistance, Insulation)
Fan motor construction
Understanding of:
Process controls & QC tools
Lean Manufacturing / Six Sigma
Preferred Background
Experience in:
High-volume manufacturing (Electrical or automobile)
Automated or semi-automated winding & testing Lines
Exposure to:
ISO / IMS systems
