Role & responsibilities
Perform incoming, in-process, and final product quality inspections.
Monitor manufacturing processes to ensure compliance with quality standards and specifications.
Investigate quality issues, perform root cause analysis, and implement corrective and preventive actions (CAPA).
Prepare and maintain quality documentation, inspection reports, and records.
Support internal, external, customer, and certification audits.
Ensure compliance with ISO 9001 and other applicable quality management system requirements.
Monitor key quality metrics and prepare periodic quality reports.
Coordinate with Production, Engineering, and Maintenance teams to resolve quality-related issues.
Positive understanding of quality documentation and audit processes.
Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
Solid analytical, communication, and problem-solving skills.
Ability to work effectively in a cross-functional team workplace
