Key Responsibilities:

- Plan and provide engineering technical oversight to the Field Services teams during planned outages to meet reliability and availability goals

- Respond to internal and external customer requests for technical issue resolution, using technical product knowledge and analytical skills while adhering to sound engineering principles, standards, practices, procedures.

- Escalate issues as required, acting as the liaison between field and design engineering to drive specific technical resolution and to help engineering identify, drive corrective actions

- Establish and maintain relationships with customers to make customer technical issues/requirements understood and addressed in a timely manner.

- Lead and manage root cause analysis/investigation activities for product technical issues.

- Prepare technical presentations for leadership and Customers ensuring timely communication of significant issues or developments.

- Support customer technical review meetings and present technical recommendations





- Support unplanned/forced outages to meet reliability/availability goals

- Support of installed base including activities such as customer issue resolution, fleet issues, service bulletin implementation, Monitoring & Diagnostics, leet configuration.

- Support Sales/Commercial teams in identifying and driving plant/unit upgrades/reliability opportunities in Gas Turbine Fleet

Experience Requirements:

- BE/B Tech Mechanical Engineering is needed

- Experience in maintenance of heavy duty gas turbines.

Experience in GEV design gas turbines in added advantage

Desired skills:

- Solid organizational, analytical, and problem-solving skills, with excellent communication abilities.

- Demonstrated ability to influence, facilitate, collaborate, and build effective interpersonal relationships.

- Willingness to travel to various sites as required by the role
