Role & responsibilities To carry on day to preventive maintenance activity and to timely rectify the machine in case of breakdown activity
Preferred candidate profile
Ensure smooth operation of all mechanical equipment and machinery.
- Plan and execute preventive and predictive maintenance activities.
- Analyse equipment failures and implement corrective actions.
- Monitor utility systems such as compressors, pumps, cooling towers, and HVAC systems.
- Coordinate breakdown maintenance to minimise production losses.
- Manage spare parts inventory and ensure availability of critical components.
- Prepare maintenance schedules, reports, and documentation.
- Participate in installation, commissioning, and modification of plant machinery.
- Ensure compliance with safety, environmental, and quality standards.
- Coordinate with production, electrical, and other departments for maintenance activities.
- Support cost reduction and continuous improvement initiatives.
- Supervise contractors and maintenance technicians during repair and project activities.
